As a Senior Process Engineer at Recipharm, I apply my chemical engineering degree and skills to optimize the production processes and equipment of the pharmaceutical company. I have been working in this role for over a year and a half, and I have contributed to improving the efficiency, quality, and safety of the operations. I have also gained expertise in steam boiler, nitrogen generation, horizontal gas oven, and IR oven systems, which I used in my previous role as a Senior Process Engineer at Surface Transforms Plc, a leading manufacturer of carbon ceramic brake discs. There, I was involved in a significant project to design and install a new gas oven for the curing process. I graduated from Sunderland university in 2021 with a degree in Manufacturing engineering, Chemical Engineering, and a minor in Biotechnology. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to solve complex engineering challenges and create innovative solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. My core competencies include process design and optimization, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, project management, and quality control. I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques, and collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
