• Over 30 years experience in the Electrical/Instrumentation field, working in a range of industries including Oil and Gas, Engineering, Food Packaging and Automotive. Fourteen years of experience in upstream Oil & Gas – onshore and offshore with a mix of technical and management roles.• Currently working as part of the Esso maintenance contract for UGL. In this role I am responsible for coordinating labor, vendor management, procurement, budget planning, supervision, quality assurance and commissioning.• Adaptive computer skills – experience with a number of the leading applications and systems used including the Microsoft suite of programs and SAP, Oracle IPES and AMOS CMMS.• Construction Supervisor for Topsides modification work for Mid Life Enhancement project on Yolla Platform. • Construction Supervisor Topsides construction on unmanned platform for Otway Phase 3 project (AUD $30 Million). • Project management experience reporting on budget, schedule, system status and deviations to the Client, and day-to-day management of project issues.• Management and supervision of multidiscipline teams, including Instrument/Electrical and Mechanical trades.• Working knowledge of Emerson, Honeywell and Yokogawa instrumentation systems.• Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of industrial automation, including design, programming, commissioning and service of purpose-built production machinery. Extensive experience with Allen Bradley, Omron and Seimens PLCs and HMIs.• Managed multi-discipline engineering projects from detail design through to fabrication, construction/installation, testing, commissioning and handover.• Extensive commissioning and service experience throughout Australia, as well as South East Asia and New Zealand.• Strong commitment towards continuous self-improvement through study. Academic qualifications in Project and Business Management. Trade qualifications in Electrical, Instrumentation and Industrial Electronics (Automation).
