• I joined the Telecoms team, which supports the Contact Centre Manager, Avaya CS1000, Meridian and Nortel PABXs. This included supporting two networked Call Centres and over 100 Sites. My duties included attending sites.
• VoIP Rollout to over 30 sites (this project is still ongoing) - Including the deployment of over 1000 phones
• An important role in the rollout of AACC6 to two Call Centres, transitioning the telephony platform from a Meridian Option 81 to an Avaya CS1000
• UPS Replacement Project - Over 60 APC Smart-UPS 2200XLs were installed at sites over a 3-month period
• New Sites Surveys - Attending in the design phase of new sites to ensure that customer data requirements were met. This involved organising 3rd party cabling contractors and customer facing meetings
