As an Internal Support Tech, every day duties includes responding to inquiries and requests for assistance with software, technical, and other problems to be resolved. Must provide expertise, advice and advance knowledge, including in-depth problem-solving to users to help diagnose and resolve their computer or system equipment issue. Have solid knowledge on CISCO IP phone system as I assist in controlling. Perform basic daily duties through ticket system which includes remote and desk side support. When not handling tickets or projects work on random assignments such as imaging PC's to taking inventory of products. Also am an administrator on our AMAG security system which includes creating badges and giving access to different areas, viewing and pulling video from security cameras, and locking down different doors or elevators if need be. Also assist in building management and security concerns if need be.
