• Responsible for purchasing Energy, Maintenance, Cleaning , Linen, Retail and Catering, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France with a purchasing volume of € 230.000.000.• Direct coordination of a group of 5 senior purchasers and 3 assistants in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France,• Advise board members on purchasing energy and energy strategy,• Provide input on purchasing strategies for the operational departments ,• Advice and support within all disciplines of the entire Group,• Draw up annual departmental budgets and personal targets,• Responsible for market-, suppliers- and product-examinations and signalizing of new developments, trends and set-up of improvement-projects,• Developing new central European logistics between suppliers and villages,consulting on the development of new concepts,• International Bench-mark surveys on Energy, Maintenance, Cleaning , Linen, Retail and Catering projects,• Responsible for development and maintaining of the environment policy (ISO 14001 and groups sustainable objectives).
