1. Assisting and leading the team for overall market research, commercial theme positioning, construction planning & design, international investment attractions and consulting operation and management for commercial projects, in an attempt to help the partners as market leaders;2. Assisting and leading the team for planning & design in the whole course, operation & management of investment attractions (incl. consultancy) etc. in commercial real estate, urban complex projects, cultural real estate, retails, catering, entertainment, international brand hotels (matching with international brands);3. Consulting on property management, property leasing and infrastructure management for commercial projects;4. Engaging in development and investment of real estate by self-owned funds and financing.
