Mark is a senior executive with extensive global experience in the industrial and natural resources sectors. He has a depth of experience in the management and execution of industrial and technology support services. With a focus on asset intensive industries, his experience covers all aspects of asset management, maintenance, design and engineering and major capital project development and execution. He has a track record in leading and growing businesses for large multi-national organisations through successful execution of both organic growth and acquisition strategy and achieving results through teamwork in complex and diverse environments. Having held a range of roles, from Global MD, CFO and Operations Director, he is commercially aware and results focused with very strong strategic awareness and leadership experience.Mark is proficient in partnering and relationship development with internal and external stakeholders. Well versed with public company board and institutional investor engagement and has a background in both senior operational and financial roles. He currently holds non-executive positions as (Chair and independant directorships) on both public and private company boards and runs his own advisory business. His success has been underpinned by the development of core strategies, tactical planning and sustainable decision making and the development of enduring customer relationships. Mark has been a guest lecturer on global strategy development at the University of Sydney Business School.
