Senior Enlisted Leader with 30 years of naval service. Subject matter expert on Readiness Requirements and DRRS-N. As Force Personnel Readiness Analyst at COMNAVAIRPAC, U.S. Pacific Fleet, I was directly responsible for the personnel readiness for 5 aircraft carriers, 5 carrier air wings, and 40 squadrons comprising more than 35,000 personnel. I participated in the Naval Aviation Enterprise working groups providing expertise in establishing readiness metric for Aviation Boatswains deployed on 10 aircraft carriers. This approach enabled implementation of Navy's Aviation Boatswain's Mate Experience focusing on qualifications and maintenance readiness. The results of this new program has reduce the number of flight deck mishaps. As Air Department Leading Chief Petty Officer, I managed, trained, and staffed a Department consisting of 5 Divisions encompassing 650 personnel in all aspects of aircraft launching, recovering, handling, fueling, and administrative requirements. As V-2 Division Leading Chief Petty Officer, I managed a Division consisting of 250 personnel including 10 Chief Petty Officers in the administrative requirements and the daily operations of all Aircraft Launch & Recovery Equipment systems. V2 Division was able to obtain an impressive 90 % retention rate and an astonishing 65% advancement rate. As Maintenance Control Supervisor, I managed and scheduled all scheduled and corrective maintenance actions for a Division that consist of 250 personnel into 13 major work center which includes 4 Catapults, 5 Arresting Gear, and the Quality Assurance Branch Successful management of these work centers enabled V-2 Division to establish a fully qualified operations crew and fully qualified night maintenance. These efforts maximized crew rest, enhanced morale throughout the Division and resulted to the safe launch and recovery of more than 10,000 fixed winged aircraft during numerous Western Pacific deployments. As Quality Assurance Supervisor, I directed a program for 250 personnel that ensured that all preventive and corrective maintenance that was performed on Aircraft Launch & Recovery Equipment was perform correctly and without rework which resulted to a 99% equipment availability rate during several Western Pacific deployments.
