About Mark Speer

Editorially, I've created many things- from three second bumpers to 3 hour multi-cam musical extravaganzas, and everything in between. I've also applied my talents to: video support for concert tours, parades, theatrical venues, amusement park attractions, special events, fireworks shows, radio documentaries, podcasts, websites, film and music festivals, hands-on classroom instruction, live broadcasts (both TV and Radio)......many, many projects indeed!Specialties: Accomplished editor for both picture and sound. Producer for public radio and television, as well as live concerts for commercial release. Seasoned troubleshooter, cool under fire. Quite experienced at converting chicken manure into chicken pate. Experienced manager, whether in a traditional office environment or overseeing a large television production crew.

Designed sound for Fright Fest attractions, their annual Halloween event. One attraction featured over 100 tracks mixed to 30 zones. Another over 40 tracks in each of 8 scenes synchronized to lighting, special effects and adjacent scenes, a first for Six Flags. Restored or created media for Batman the Ride, Superman the Escape, the Grand Carousel and many other attractions and departments. Created hundreds of voice tracks for attractions and promotional announcements on a daily basis.
