Resulted in almost 200 trainees completing the programme.• Facilitating a Train the Trainer approach which covers group facilitation and presentation skills both within the classroom and on-farm.Dairy Husbandry Specialist July 2015 to Oct 2016• Colombia Dairy Value Chain Project (4 year project).• Preparing farm development plans for the target farms.• Support the project Extension Officers engagement with the Target Farms by providing mentoring, coaching and training to the Extension Officers to enable them to assist the Target Farmers adopt new farm management practices.• Provide training for the Extension Officers and stakeholders on analysing whole farm performance, including dairy farm management, animal husbandry, animal health and animal welfare.• Develop farm-recording systems and support their implementation on farm. Provide data collation and analysis software if appropriate.
