Temporary works installation and construction works to lengthen 9 existing structural columns supporting the 1909 Listed Building and 1970s extension 3. Temporary works installation, construction and installation of 2 Tower Cranes to facilitate the main construction works4. Demolition of existing structure and construction of new retail space including new Store entrance plus grey box retail space (included piling, primary steelwork, facade cladding and green roofing works)5. Demolition and construction of new Services riser through 10 stores of existing retail building, reinstatement of BoH training rooms and associated services diversions and installations.6. Public Realm works to Duke Street including Facade restoration, new paving, utility services diversions and plantation of 4 new trees to the main entrance of Selfridges

Successfully implemented a number of change control proposals to generate multiple savings for both SRM and the client totaling circa £500k.- Renegotiated and re-tendered the joinery package within 8 weeks to 10 specialist subcontractors and 5 specialist direct suppliers following the administration of the principal joinery contractor. Implemented a recovery programme to minimise programme impact achieving a loss of only 4.5 weeks against the project programme whilst renegotiating the joinery package.- Supervised the joinery delivery team in the execution of the package, measuring subcontractorperformance against Company and Project key performance indicators. Addressed deficiencies in subcontractor performance to ensure key deliverables were achieved in line with the contract requirements.May 2012 - September 2013: Package manager at the £80m project within the Milton Court development delivering the new annex forthe Guildhall School of Music and Drama (GSMD). Accountable for interface and delivery management of the back of house (BoH) facilities including 36 unique rooms, communal corridors and escape stair cores: - Conducted a programme performance analysis of these areas identifying multiple opportunities forimprovement and successfully implemented a revised construction sub-programme recovering 6 weeks construction against a project loss of 20weeks.
