Oversaw Collection and movement of electronic healthcare records between Mental Health and Substance Abuse providers and Florida Department of Families and Children for three of seven Florida regional managing Companies. Guided in-house development team on updating and testing proprietary software used to collect data from the mental health and substance abuse providers. • Worked with Five Points Technology Group application development staff and FLDCF to enhance data flow between the providers and the state. The state data is accessible by 5PTG through views provided by the state data warehouse and I was responsible for querying the Oracle views for data reconciliation.• Responsible for maintaining the security and data privacy of the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Electronic Health Records (PHI) classified Super-Confidential and governed by Federal HIPAA rules, Florida Legislative statues and the FLDCF. • Responsible for maintaining data set validations for the regions as set by the Florida Legislative statutes and the FLDCF.• Served as the Regional Data Liaison for the Florida North East, North West, and Central regions between the Managing Companies, the Providers, and the state representatives. Company Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Electronic Healthcare Records Standards and how those apply to the latest ICD-10 Healthcare diagnoses in conjunction with Mental Health and Substance Abuse Electronic Health Records.

Member of team that developed and planned the new data flow concepts for the Maryland Department of Health and Human Services (DHS) for inter-connectivity and data warehousing among the state and county governments applying NHSIA and NIEM Standards.
