The state data is accessible by 5PTG through views provided by the state data warehouse and I was responsible for querying the Oracle views for data reconciliation.• Responsible for maintaining the security and data privacy of the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Electronic Health Records (PHI) classified Super-Confidential and governed by Federal HIPAA rules, Florida Legislative statues and the FLDCF. • Responsible for maintaining data set validations for the regions as set by the Florida Legislative statutes and the FLDCF.• Served as the Regional Data Liaison for the Florida North East, North West, and Central regions between the Managing Companies, the Providers, and the state representatives. Company Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Electronic Healthcare Records Standards and how those apply to the latest ICD-10 Healthcare diagnoses in conjunction with Mental Health and Substance Abuse Electronic Health Records.
