After leaving the Fowler Companies after 10 years in July of 2006 to move to NC, I can say that I could not be happier to rejoin the team. It's nice to go back to a company and industry that I love, and I appreciate their confidence in welcoming me back. At Fowler my focus is multifamily laundries where I have over 15 years of experience. My goal at every property is to provide a laundry that tenants are pleased to use. Owner and investor of two TCBY franchise stores in Chapel Hill and Durham, NC. Manage all aspects of sales, marketing and operations. Served as a member of the national franchise board for five year, including two years as Marketing Chair. Developed marketing and social media strategies for the TCBY brand, promoted new yogurt flavors and designed print advertisements for stores nationwide. Coordinated closely with the president and vice president at TCBY headquarters, Famous Brands International, to invent sales material and marketing campaigns. Spoke at the national convention to advise franchise owners about successful marketing strategies. Created local marketing campaigns, including an "All-Star Awards" program to partner with local coaches to reward young athletes. Developed strong ties with community leaders. Donated $8,000 to local organizations, charities and schools as part of winning marketing campaigns. Returned profit in every year of operation. Responsible for hiring and training 16-24 employees. Responsible for managing 1,000 in-house laundry facility accounts throughout the East Coast. Supervised and coordinated with sales representatives from Washington, DC, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. Oversaw, analyzed and settled all new and existing contracts on a monthly basis to ensure profitability, renegotiating contracts where necessary. Coordinated all new accounts, bidding out and overseeing new contracts and setting up installation, accounting payments and collections and service for them. Oversaw the development of a new software program to track customer service and collections. Initiated Fowler's entry into "Smart Card" laundry systems. Developed and implemented marketing programs through direct mail and industry advertising.

Developed marketing and presentational strategies; prospected new clients and cultivated existing ones. Obtained, wrote and closed long-term contracts.
