- Generate and administrate contracts in support of the Anadarko Mozambique Area 1 LNG Project (>$20B) from FEED to Execution for all required Services.- Support the Project Services, C&P, HSE, Operations, Offshore and Onshore teams in market evaluation and development of strategic sourcing strategies for services categories. - Complete Supplier identification, qualification and competitive bidding processes in accordance with AMA1 processes, perform bid analysis, negotiations, generate recommendations for Supplier selection and develop KPIs to evaluate Supplier performance. - Evaluate local and regional Suppliers and determine the best approach to incorporate available services into Project needs to achieve Local Content initiatives, generating goodwill and shared success within the local community, as well as satisfying mandates of the Government of Mozambique. - Collaborate with Legal department to ensure Contractual compliance with Project-specific requirements in the implementation of new Terms and Conditions standard templates established after the acquisition of assets from Anadarko Petroleum Company to Occidental Petroleum and finally to Total Exploration & Production.

- Provide strategic sourcing expertise in market evaluation and strategies related to Capital, Turnarounds, Maintenance and Operation Material and Services for the Braskem America plant locations in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the Gulf Coast. - Execute Supplier identification and qualification, perform competitive bidding processes in accordance with Braskem policies and procedures, performs bid analysis, engage in rigorous negotiations, formulate recommendations for Supplier selection based on Total Cost of Ownership models, and develop contract implementation plans.- Manage contractor/supplier relationships and develop measures to evaluate performance. - Evaluate regional and strategic market segments to determine the best approach to provide improved support services to Braskem America business units and develop analysis presentations for business unit evaluation. - Incorporate modifications to established T&C templates, tailoring them to the specific scopes of work for current and foreseeable applications. - Maintain regular interaction with business unit managers to support existing infrastructure programs and development of improved sourcing strategies.

Materials Manager for the Mafumeira Sul Project. I managed the procurement of all materials and packaged equipment for the project in my previous role and transitioned to procurement and logistics from HUC to first oil as well as 2 year spares and any operational requirements.- Supported MSP Project (>$8B) through Hook-Up and Commissioning of Offshore, Onshore and Subsea, Greenfield and Brownfield scopes by managing the purchase, importation and distribution of all capital, commissioning and operational equipment.- Collaborated with individual Operators by discipline in the review of recommended 2 year spare parts lists provided by Original Equipment Manufacturers to validate the necessity and quantities on a line by line basis, saving over $2.1M. - Cross-checked the Operations-reviewed spare parts requirements with site warehouse system for redundancy to eliminate duplicate items/locations. - Modified Re-Order-Points and Re-Order-Quantities in warehousing system to prevent stock-outs for items used across multiple facilities and concessions. - Navigated the Freight Forwarding Company’s data system to verify import licensing, logistics schedules and customs clearance status of cargo and report progress. - Received and inventoried incoming orders. Performed OS&D reporting. Coordinated transport to corresponding warehouse. - Generated work orders for preservation activities and verified weekly preservation reports. - Scheduled equipment and material from warehouse as needed for HUC campaign. Coordinated loading of containers and arranged their shipment offshore to supply construction contractor requirements.
