As Legal Manager for Intrum Investment Services Limited, I am responsible for the local legal function of Intrum’s Irish investment fund platform. As part of this I;• Provide legal advice under Irish law with respect to the Group’s Portfolio Investments through its growing Irish platform;• Support Intrum’s Investment team in new portfolio acquisitions and generally all transactions completed by the Irish investment platform and be a trusted legal business partner to all Intrum legal functions in all Intrum 24’s European markets engaged into Portfolio Investments;• Corporate housekeeping and legal operations for Intrum’s Irish investment vehicles, in cooperation with Group Legal and the Group Business Servicers Center. • In coordination with Group Compliance, ensure that the platform’s activity is compliant with local laws and regulations and with Group policies and guidelines, GDPR, etc.

Working as part of the State Street Global Markets Business Unit Legal team advising on all forms of legal matters and queries for the Foreign Exchange Business at State Street.Work at training up and advising the new Global Legal Centre of Excellence. Main point of escalation for all senior legal queries on the ISDA and related documentation for the EMEA region for matters related to regulatory, netting and other general ISDA queries and advise as to internal escalations to various stakeholders. Assist in drafting and improving playbooks and standard forms for the Global COE, and conduct training sessions with the team around issues such as netting, collateral enforceability and regulatory issues such as EMIR and Bail-In/Resolution Stay.Continue to work on documentation for the FX Business such as ISDAs, Credit Support Annexes, Amendments and Delegated Reporting Agreements as needed. Also continue to advise as to various regulatory requirements for the Company related to QFC, Brexit, Bail-In and Resolution Stay as well as being the main point of contact for the Initial Margin project for EMEA.Work on and advise on documentation and queries related to other parts of the FX Business related to eFX, Currency Management and Research.Work on various projects for the FX Business such as the Company’s licencing requirements when trading in various jurisdictions, netting and collateral enforceability analysis based on industry opinions, and the potential legal ramifications of Brexit.

Worked for State Street Global Markets Legal Centre of Excellence responsible for directly negotiating all forms of derivative documentation (ISDAs, Credit Support Annexes, Side Letters, Control Agreements, Amendments, Variation Margin documentation, Initial Margin documentation, Gross Margin documentation, etc.) for the EMEA region for both Direct Principal and Agency type relationships for the Foreign Exchange Business at State Street.I have been the principal point of legal contact on a number of agreements involving a number of major State Street Clients.I have also worked on meeting compliance and regulatory requirements for the Company, such as the need for compliant documentation for Variation Margin to allow collateralisation of trades under the EMIR and Dodd Frank regulations as well as the documentation for ensuring compliance for Initial Margin, working as the main point of contact on a number of high priority Clients, on a range of documentation to include Credit Support Annexes, Account Control Agreements and Eligible Collateral Schedules. I also worked and advised on documentation related to the regulatory and legal changes anticipated following Brexit. In addition to this, I have also worked on documentation as part of State Street’s QFC outreach programme, ensuring State Street meets its regulatory obligations under the ISDA 2018 U.S. Resolution Stay Protocol.
