Mr M. Stack landscape foreman / project manager.I have worked in the landscape business for 19 years, starting as a landscape assistant for willerby landscapes at four elms in Edenbridge, Kent. Within this company I mainly was involved in the commercial properties of Tesco, Sainsbury, and Safeway stores plc. I was also involved with the landscaping to the foot of the canary Warf, i.e.; the entrance and surrounding area, After four years with this particular firm the key to success was to be a good team player and to take leadership when it was necessary this was an advantage as i was promoted to supervisor, I took on this role with great enthusiasm. I left this company for a new challenge of which was offered to me,I then worked for Millbrook garden centre in Jarvis brook in crowborough, a very busy garden centre to the public, of which sold landscape products through to swimming pools, and conservatories, they also had a landscape company working within this company,. They specialized in public gardens and also waterfeatures.I stayed with this company for four years earning a county award for pond building in crowborough, I then left this position to become a senior supervisor .I started as a Foreman with Scenic Blue in Kent in 2006, a franchised business, ,When I first started with this company we dealt a lot with the public sector i.e.; local schools, council estate improvement,(Gunn road, Dartford), Charlton school for disabled children,(charity). I was also in charge of the 10 man I week build of 2 stands at the urban garden show that was featured on BBC i. Also in charge of a 4week build at the Chelsea flower show for the American garden club achieving a silver guilt medal,then at the RHS garden show achieving 2 gold medals.Whilst working as a foreman, I have had a 360 excavator coarse,/ dumper (competence).Abrasive cut off saw coarse, paving, and resin bond courses (smooth/coarse). I am currently working back as a foreman due to a reduction in staff.
