In this role, I managed a new BI team to drive the objective of enabling self-service reporting and BI environment. This involved evaluating BI platforms to best suit self-service and agile deployments (using Kanban methodology), ultimately leading a large-scale transition to Tableau as the tool of choice. I created and managed a multi-skilled team to both manage the BI environment, and create and train super users and Tableau champions throughout the business to ensure the target of self-sufficiency, and was integral to the design and functionality of the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

I was promoted to this role following my success in an acting role. I led a technical team to deliver dashboards and MI, using MS SSRS/SSAS and Excel, and managed the Corporate Information Systems Data Warehouse.
