I have been a farmer/rancher my whole life. However, about two years ago, I decided to begin a career in the gas and oil industry. I was hired by Santa Fe Midstream to be a plant operator with no previous experience. Since I began, I have become the lead operator due to my interpersonal and problem solving skills. I am mechanically minded and able to foresee and prevent problems. When problems do occur, I am able to stay calm and problem solve.
