Create and submit Technical Data Packages to Primes (GE, Rolls-Royce, Pratt-Whitney) for review and approval of special process operations. Legacy Component Support: Work with manufacturing associates, collecting data to support tooling or fixture changes that will reduce scrap, rework and cost. Most valuable investigation tools used: Six Sigma analysis methodology. Manufacturing Processes Supported: Light and Heavy machining of High Temperature Nickel Alloy metals.
