Design of fabrication tools and inspection fixtures. Define parameters of required material testing for special processes (EDM, TIG Welding, Vacuum Brazing & Heat Treating, EB-Welding). Create and submit Technical Data Packages to Primes (GE, Rolls-Royce, Pratt-Whitney) for review and approval of special process operations. Legacy Component Support: Work with manufacturing associates, collecting data to support tooling or fixture changes that will reduce scrap, rework and cost. Most valuable investigation tools used: Six Sigma analysis methodology. Manufacturing Processes Supported: Light and Heavy machining of High Temperature Nickel Alloy metals. TIG Fusion Welding, Resistance Spot and Seam Welding, Nickel and Copper alloy application, Vacuum furnace brazing and heat treating, Laser cutting (5) axis, Fast hole EDM, Wire EDM and traditional plunge EDM machining, metal stamping, roll forming and spin forming.
