I am a marketing professional with nearly 30 years building brands and teams. Since I left Canada clutching my degree in political science, I have lived and worked in a dozen countries on 4 continents. It has been a fascinating journey, and it has given me a deep appreciation for the power of culture and diversity - and the ability to listen and to seek understanding before anything else. In 2014, Claudia and I founded The Grove Partnership. TGP is a boutique strategic marketing consultancy based in Bogota, Colombia and we believe in the power of brands with genuine purpose to inspire organisations, drive top-line growth and to make a lasting positive impact on the world we share. Given our experience, we naturally have a wide view of marketing and we know that building powerful brands goes far beyond what happens in the marketing department. Through our many years in operations we deeply understand the challenges that businesses face in building a great strategy and then implementing it successfully.
