Conducts archival, documentary, cartographic, and electronic research and analysis for all phases of cultural resources investigations, and has co-authored more than 700 cultural resource management reports for various clients, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force, New York State Department of Transportation, City of Buffalo, municipalities, and private-sector organizations. Experience includes preparing historic contexts, local ethnographic and historic period summaries, site-specific historic period discussions, and historic site sensitivity assessments for statewide, regional, and local cultural resources and environmental projects. In addition, he has edited more than 200 cultural resources, archaeological, structural, and environmental assessment reports.
