Every day I get to help people. Not always the easiest thing at the New York State Workers Compensation Board. But it is rewarding helping clients navigate the system. As a solo practitioner I have the flexibility to fully assist clients but I still am available for the questions from colleagues who don't practice compensation law. The issues keep coming from proper wage reimbursement, job retraining, mandated opioids reduction to awards for permanency and labor market attachment.
