*Main Job Description: Mechanical and Electrical installation on Atomic Level Deposition tools.At this position I was very lucky to experience a diverse working environment. I started working on TEL tools through MSR-FSR, on GTA and GTO tools. I spent 3 months in the Subfab installing chillers, connecting the lines from Fab to Subfab, performing leak checks, and filling the chillers with Fluorinert. Completing these task daily with great attention to detail, as any minor mistake can have serious consequences. All of these tasks were also completed with full obedience to Intel's strict safety rules.I was then sent to the Fab to work on bringing the GTA/GTO tools into the Fab, Aligning each of the 6 chambers and the main frame to it's designated positions, connecting all the required connections while strictly following the procedure on a MSR-FSR work laptop.Due to customers demands I was moved to work on Applied Materials tools, while still remaining in employment with MSR-FSR. At this position my duties included Mechanical, FTF, and Electrical. I worked on Olympia, Endura, and Production tools. My duties included:- Cable Pull: Locating cables, labelling cables, sorting them out, and providing them to trades as they pull them from the Subfab to Fab or vice versa. Making sure each signal, power, or RF cable are going to the correct destination with the correct lengths.- Terminating all the cables in the AC Boxes, Cambers, and Main frame at Subfab and Fab level. Also making sure to follow the COHE rules by performing LOTO.- Connecting Gas lines, Water lines, and Exhausts. Most of this work is performed under tool/tiles in confined spaces.- Torqueing each connection when finished and marking it with yellow/red paint to show that it has been torqued.- Performing a final QA/QC check to make sure every connection has been correctly installed.

-Supervising over 20 Level 1 Technicians.-Making sure Lots are being delivered in the safest, efficient, and fastest way possible to tools and stockers. As we were competing against the OHV system.-If any problems/mistakes occur to resolve the issue as soon as possible, by contacting Intel or AMHS.-Writing up the breaks and forming Technicians into different groups for each working week.-Clearing routes so that PGVs have easy and safe access to Tools and Stockers.-Taking out and putting back any electric equipment used on the working day from and to the smart cabinets.-Putting up Corrieboard on walls and floors around the Fab, to protect the walls of the fab from being damaged as it wasn't in production state.-Running cables under tiles, as we were connecting TV's in the Fab.-Writing in the 'improvement log' at the end of each day if there was any issues.-Making sure the battery life of the devices used by L1 technicians is above 20% at all times.-Helping L1 technicians taking shipping kits in and out the Fab.-Performing safety walks each morning to make sure all the emergency exits are in place, emergency walk paths are clear and everyone is aware where all the emergency exits are located.-Taking notes and passing it on to the management at the end of each work day.
