I am a Health Systems Engineer in the Strategy Department with 9 years’ experience at Mayo Clinic, where I began as an inpatient cardiac technician, monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms of patients in the inpatient and virtual space. I then moved into a program coordinator role within the Center for Surgical Excellence, where I managed various innovation projects, including medical device creation, equipment implementation, and development of digital products. Further, I supported the Center for Digital Health as an Associate and Management Consultant for almost 2 years, where I led various optimization and execution projects for Remote Patient Monitoring and Outpatient Virtual Care programs. Currently, I am supporting a $5 billion project at Mayo Clinic, creating practice innovation strategies and assisting leaders in making decisions that have high impact to the future of care at Mayo Clinic. I have a passion for partnering with the practice and teams across Mayo Clinic to create innovative technology and improve the systems and processes surrounding them. I am a certified Scrum Master and Gold Quality Fellow through Mayo Clinic's Quality Academy, have a bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Missouri, and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University.
