I have been teaching for over 27 years in a variety of key managerial and curriculum roles in both the UK and Australia.  During that time, I have developed a pedagogy that engages learners and allows them to achieve high levels of success.It's based on the following three principles:1. Developing highly visual resources that allow students to quickly understand skills and concepts.2. Creating learning routines that embed skills and knowledge in a student's long-term memory.3. Designing learning challenges that allow students to be creative and imaginative with the skills and knowledge they have acquired.
