Responsible for global manufacturing, generating sales of $1bn, shipping to 45 countries.

Responsible for Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., including it's sub joint ventures and branches outside Shanghai. Total sales around $500m.

Responsible for the planning, preparation and execution of all new product and process launches in 5 joint venture companies in China, with sales in excess of $1bn.

General Manager of 3 large joint venture companies at various stages of evolution, from initial JV formation to maturity.

Responsible for manufacturing operations of a joint venture company designing & supplying seat systems to a selection of the major Indian vehicle manufacturers. Joined soon after the formation of the joint venture and managed the start of operations, through to the completion of a new purpose-built plant and the initiation of second plant in another city.

Managed the construction & commissioning of a new foam moudling plant in the UK & was the first Plant Manager. Exceeded all start up goals.

Sponsored by Kimberly-Clark through university, then worked 10 years post graduation in a variety of developmental engineering & manufacturing positions, in 5 locations, in UK & USA.
