As an Holistic Therapist I believe in the power and healing properties of touch and sound wave vibrations.I collaborate with a Yoga/Reiki practitioner and provide an improvised sound journey at the end of a Yoga session.I'm passionate in enabling people to be.I have 16 years experience leading individual and group music sessions for people with learning diffulculties and mental health issues.I encourage participation and improvisation.I have a wide range of instruments to use in my music sessions.I have ran an inclusive singing group for over 10 years.I've played in many bands covering a range of genres.I play the flute, guitar, keyboards, synths, percussion and sing.I'm a singer/songwriter.
