Facilitate in growing and developing company while maintaining good relationship with customers to expand customer base and maximize profit and revenue. Establish long and short-term business objectives while ensuring execution of all tasks and activities in order to meet business needs, requirements, and objectives. Analyze market and identify new opportunities and devise policies that promote company culture and vision accordingly. Direct end to end facets, such as administration, business operations, marketing, and financial Guaranteed Asset Protection Insurance (for retail Automotive & Heavy Truck/Equipment market spaces in Canada). Recruit, select, interview, and hire new staff while ensuring selection of competent and capable candidates. Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targeted objectives.
