Service Analyst
Current- Part of a 9 Person team working a 6 day (Monday – Saturday) rosta – 7am – 00:30am.
- Monitor and control batch processing, escalating issues to support and management as required.
- Providing First and Second Level IT Support for HCF Branches and Head Office covering all core business infrastructure and applications, communicating directly with frontline staff, technical support teams and various.
- Train and mentor staff (HCF batch and infrastructure/applications) and maintaining documentation
- Take part in regular meetings to distribute and improve processes and procedures.
- Assisted in the move from mainframe batch processing (WHICS) to CIVICA supported New Health batch with Control-M used for file transfers.
