Personally supervised a staff of 21 local Iraqis as well as seven International experts during the 2005 events (note: size of IEAT varied substantially throughout the 2 years).Plan, implement, record and report lessons learnt program, identifying issues of concern and other technical findings from every level of the organisation. Developed the National Operations Strategic Plan for Provincial elections covering all operational sections both at the National Office and all Governorate Offices (Provincial) and all peripheral (non-operational) sections.Working with all department and section heads, developed Gantt Charts to map out their activities/responsibilities, timelines, material, human resources and identify their Key Performance Indicators. Designed and implemented organizational development program including individual capacity building plans utilizing matrix management tools. Working with the Italian Government and Universities, implemented individually tailored capacity building programs. Design, develop and implement Governorate (Provincial Government) Electoral Office Election Readiness Assessment Program, analysis and reports.Design, develop and deliver numerous lessons learnt programs (from 2005) including developing a program to promote the Iraqi Electoral Commission, its Board of Commissioners and their legislated organizational responsibilities to Coalition Military Forces 2007. This program was deemed as such a success that my last lecture was filmed by the US Army and distributed to the US State Department and nationally to all coalition forces in Iraq.Wrote regular weekly, monthly and quarterly achievement reports to update all client groups and authorities
