I've been in the Customer Service/Support field for over 20 years, where the skill of being able to create and nurture customer relations through listening, understanding, empathy and problem solving are essential throughout my entire career up to this point. I use these skills in every aspect of both my retail/customer service career as well as my music career. Building trust and a good rapport with people is key to success in pretty much any customer-facing environment and that is what I carry with me through all my various different work environments as well as my personal life.In addition to my customer service and support skills, I am also passionate about the arts; music, design and photography specifically. I have focused a large part of my life, and most of my free time, to these fields of study and focus. I have been both professionally trained in some specific areas of music as well as self-taught in many other areas of music, art/design and photography. With that passion and knowledge, I have founded my own small business recording studio where I write, arrange, record, mix and produce music for various projects, as well as film and TV placements. In addition, I also take on the job or recording, mixing, producing and/or writing for other artists/bands.In my music industry career, I devote a lot of my non-creative time to promoting and marketing my products on all the various social media platforms. I also network on and off these platforms in order to build both a client and a fan base, which again, ties into my customer service and support roles. I have had many successes in both my retail/customer service jobs and my music industry career. I've have many awards and accolades in the customer service field regarding my ability to problem solve and provide exceptional customer service. In my music career, I'm extremely proud to say I've had songs that I've written, recorded and/or produced featured in hit TV shows such as New Girl, Gossip Girl, Blue Mountain State, among others. It doesn't matter what I'm working on, or what type of work I am involved with, I take immense pride in my strong work ethic, attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to learn and adapt to whatever is thrown my way. I'm always excited to learn new things and always moving forward.
