In my current role as the Sales Support Manager at Cambridge Air Solutions, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who provide exceptional service and support to our internal and external customers. I have been with the company for over nine years, starting as a Manufacturing Technician and progressing to a Sales Support Representative, before taking on the managerial position in May 2022.With a background in manufacturing, sales, and information technology, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the products, processes, and systems that drive our business. I completed a LaunchCode program in May 2022 to enhance my coding and web development skills. My mission is to leverage my expertise and experience to optimize the efficiency, quality, and innovation of our sales support operations.
