Mark is an organisational strategist and advisor with a background in psychology and strategic management, having over twenty years direct experience enabling organisations to achieve their potential and sustainable results through their people. He has long term experience in the design, facilitation and implementation of high performance positive cultures, practical leadership aligned to high performance, team effectiveness, high performance mentality (you’re A game) as well as executive coaching & profiling.He has a proven track record in being able to deliver company initiatives in the areas of cultural and individual performance, leadership, management, cultural change, team effectiveness and has extensive theoretic and practical knowledge in performance and leadership having led 14 expeditions into the Himalayan and Pakistan mountain regions. Mark also works and guides some of our up and coming sports and athletic stars. In recent times, Mark has enabled organisations to heighten their potential and deliver stronger results as the lead Project Manager for the BHP Leadership Development Program and within the Department of Defence.
