Dineable connected people through food by coordinating catered experiences for virtual events. In the midst of a global pandemic, we served thousands of guests all across the globe, helping them to share a meal even though they could not share a table. Our services included catered meals, ingredient kits with live chef demos from celebrity and local chefs, snack boxes, happy hour kits, etc., delivered to each virtual event guest in time for the event. Each kit was custom branded for the organization / sponsors, and was delivered locally in the PHL region, shipped nationwide (USA), or coordinated almost anywhere globally.As CEO and Founder I was responsible for everything. Business Development, Sales, Strategy, Team Management, Project Management, Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Design, Product Management, UX Research & Design, UI Design, Event Planning, Catering Management, and more.I am most proud of successfully pivoting in the midst of COVID, building a unique and well-suited team, and taking the business from ~$2k in software sales to over $600k in catering sales in the midst of a global pandemic that devastated the catering and events industry.Some highlights include:•Assembled an amazing team of operators, event managers, sales leaders, marketers, designers, technologists, and more, and supported their growth.•Built a “dietary profile management” software tool with thousands of users that helped hospitality professionals serve safe meals to their guests.•Partnered with FARE to help coordinate safe meals for thousands of guests at food allergy conferences, and helped build out the FARECheck certification program.•Successfully pivoted to the Virtual Catering model and sold ~$620,000 of catering in the midst of a global pandemic.•Operated 128 events and served 6,074 total guests globally (22-month period).•Partnered with industry leaders, experts, and celebrity chefs.•Consistently grew repeat customer rates and received positive feedback.

As a part-time Assistant Electronic Resources Librarian, I was responsible for managing library computers, providing tech support to staff and patrons, and helping to give patrons lessons on using tools like Microsoft Office, Wordpress, and Internet searching.

As a part-time field representative for Mueller Services, I performed residential insurance inspections for various homeowners' insurance companies. The inspections helped the insurance underwriters to calculate replacement value of the home, thus determining policy premiums.

For this 2-year period I was unable to work due to a serious health condition.
