Working in the dialler team to ensure the efficient day to day running of the dialler and to maximize performance of the sales agents using it. Within the role I am tasked with monitoring day to day maintenance, statistical analysis and performance evaluation. I am also responsible for designing and producing reports which are fed to Team Leaders, MI, Marketing and Company Directors. Apollo was my first step into the electrical retail market. I worked for Sainsbury's whilst still in education in the Customer Services team, having direct interaction with the general public at the checkouts and around the store.
