With over 13 years of experience in the field of product development, I am a seasoned project and engineering manager with a passion for driving innovation and quality in allograft solutions. I currently oversee the day-to-day activities of engineering staff, provide technical guidance and coaching, and lead high-complexity projects at LifeNet Health, the leader in regenerative medicine.I have extensive experience in the Design Control process, generating technical protocols and reports, and verifying and validating new products and/or improvements. I also have skills in Adobe Workfront and MS Project, as well as LEAN/Six Sigma, FMEA, and SAP ERP, which enable me to effectively manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams toward success. I have received multiple awards for my contributions to the development of novel and customized allograft products and processes.
