Originate new business opportunities and manage a (12) account portfolio (over 22 dealership locations) with $180 million in commitments for the Auto Finance Group. Range of products offered include: commercial floor plan lines of credit, construction and permanent mortgages, lines of credit, letter of credit and cash management. Increased portfolio by an average of $21 million per year for the past seven years while maintaining acceptable pricing margins and in some cases above market pricing. Hit or exceeded annual goals in portfolio growth and credit management objectives in each of the past seven years.Negotiated loan structure, pricing and other terms and conditions on deals ranging from single point dealerships to complex multi-franchise, multi location dealer groups.Recommended a credit management process designed to detect possible dealer problems at their earliest stages. This process was adopted throughout the company in 2007.Part of a (7) person committee to identify, select and contract an outside sales training program to be used throughout Sovereign Bank.
