I'm a seasoned financial and operational leader with a career that has spanned the professional services industry working with both independent mid-sized firms as well as large international organizations. I enjoy working with all that falls within the financial realm of an organization and its affiliates such as client forecasting and profitability, client contract/procurement negotiation, project management, cash management and timely financial reporting. From the operational end, I’ve managed most all areas including human resources, IT, administration and real estate. I’m especially adept at producing effective employee compensation and bonus models that incentivize the work effort in addition to fostering a "best place to work" environment.
