Building and testing pumps to a time scale so as to deliver to the customer on time. Building includes the fitting of rotors, mechanical seals, o-rings, & gaskets. Testing of pumps to confirm they run to the parameters set out in the testing guidelines. Recording the test data down for quality checking. Other duties include stripping down of returned pumps, inspecting them, and repairing them where necessary.
