Governance at Global levelProcessGovernance: - Work with global colleagues (EU, Latam, China and India) to develop standardized business processes across the Comau WW organization and it's continuous improvment.- Establish Quality Assurance gate disciplines (milestones/events) from project aquisition through project execution and it's continuous improvement.- Establish Nonconformity methodology and define proper standardized tools and it's continuos improvement.- Define and coordinate the definition of the Comau Quality Management System and it's continuous improvement.- Define ISO Certification strategy in line with business requirements.Execution at Regional Level- Plan and coordinate the realization of internal audits for all certification/standards.- Support and monitor the Gate Review process - Assure a Lesson Learned process by a systematic gathering in a central database of lessons learned captured by project management during and after the conclusion of projects and monitor the execution of follow up actions.- Working closely with Finance and Contract & Project Management functions to assure, understand and quantify losses and waste in projects (cost of non-quality and analysis of root cause).- Address and coordinate continuous improvement activities while monitoring activities execution.- Manage USA regional quality systems for ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO50001. - Manage external Quality Audits performed by Certification Bodies.
