A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuer, Mark has been involved over the last 25 years with the strategic acquisition, development and management of telecommunications infrastructure assets across the UK and internationally.Mark has specific expertise in the provision of strategic advice in the sector, translating complex business needs into clear property strategies. Leading teams of property professionals and consultants in delivering a number of acquisitions and technology convergence projects, Mark also has expertise in the commercial and legal due diligence areas in the infrastructure sector. He has also been responsible for the delivery of major national infrastructure programmes in the mobile and broadcast areas and the initial deployments of distributed antenna systems within indoor and urban environments.Prior to involvement in the infrastructure sector Mark held senior management positions in private practice and for 15 years was involved in all aspects of commercial property consultancy, with specific focus in the corporate sector working with organisations to develop and deliver sustainable asset usage and management strategies
