Implementing a gate and path marker detection system to provide directions for an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV):- Creating ROS2 Nodes (C++) for detecting the gate and path marker that will publish positional and angular information for controlling the AUV.- Using OpenCV to apply a color filter on the image and obtain a contour and bounding box around the detected object. Positional and angular information was calculated using the contour and bounding box of the object.
