Design & Detail Tooling for form in place gasket systems. Applications for Environmental sealing, Industrial Controls, Navigation Systems, EMI Shielding (Aerospace Devices, Mobile Phones). Ultra Clean Requirements ( Disk Drives, Optical Equipment, and Medical Devices) Using SolidWorks 2010 and AutoCAD 2007.

Designed tooling for IQC Legasure clamps.

Designed parts for 35 ton Decorators.

Engineered, designed, and installed new ATA, and SCSI interface fixturing, and inspection tooling for HSA, HGA, motor, actuator, top cover, baseplate and Voice Coil Motor VCM components.
