I currently tutor at the Tutor and Learning Center on campus at Colorado Mesa University in the subjects of Statics and Structures, Materials Science, and every math course including and below Calculus 1. I meet with students that are struggling in these courses and help them complete their homework assignments through explanations of the topics that are unclear to them. One accomplishment I have is tutoring for 100 hours so far. Another accomplishment is beginning additional training to increase my hourly wage. This involves hours of viewing videos and documents and answering questions afterwards.

I operated a CNC lathe to create parts that consistently required tolerances as low as two thousandths of an inch. The job required knowledge of when lathe tools needed changing, as well as an understanding of the process to create several different types of parts. One accomplishment I had with this job was making 30 quality parts in a single shift, with the shift goal being 27. Another accomplishment I had was volunteering and following through for overtime shifts on weekends at least once a month.
