• Overall management of grounds maintenance and winter services (410 gritting sites per full night) within the North West region
• Compliance in Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Managing of budgets and quotes in the region of £1.5 per annum
• Managing technicians and working with other people in the company to build and promote a team environment, develop the individual team members, generate commitment, define clear objectives and highlight agreed common.
