I love customer service. Having studied management at the University of Guelph and competing as a Gryphon for the rowing team, I learned that I love a challenge that is constantly changing.Rowing was always able to give me a challenge that required my full effort in terms of consistency, team work, and want. Being able to tackle every race, pushing and being pushed by teammates, to achieve more than we could separately was the most satisfying experience I’ve achieved, and I feel this reflected in customer service.Working with customers provides me with a constant opportunity to address their problems, surpass expectations, deliver excellence, and always utilize a team. Every customer is a new experience and challenge to work towards.Always looking to improve and challenge myself in life and in my profession
