About Mark Teixeira

Results oriented leader who has come to truly value the incredible leadership foundation given to me through my military service, and just how much of what was shared with me I squandered on the ignorance of youth. I believe the primary path to success is through the building of extraordinary teams of highly engaged members, for it is the front line teams that truly deliver business success. Furthermore, only by raising each and every team member to their utmost potential will we know just how extraordinary a team can be; and, that a leader's ultimate responsibility is the building of such teams. Leaders empower acts of leadership at all levels by employing Lean-Agile Leadership principles characterized by vulnerable transparency, empirical experimentation, and frequent feedback. Truly empowered individuals and teams achieve their potential together by building and relentlessly improving the team and system in which we work. As leaders, we tirelessly strive to construct and sustain such a system. Lead, follow, or get out of the way!
