This index data base would aid the engineers in finding the relevant Electrical, Mechanical and Civil information required.To facilitate the above my responsibilities were: - • To navigating through the company’s electronic systems and identifying the available Electrical, Mechanical & Civil information which require registering on the new Index data base(MS Office Excel).• Move available drawings/layouts, O&M Manuals, H&S documents, specifications and schematics etc to the correct location within Projectwise on the main frame server in Munich.• Create new drawings & update existing drawings/layouts using CAD and amend existing data specifications, schematics and O&M’s etc to reflect modifications and additions on site.• Identify, locate and provide drawings/layouts, data specifications, O&M’s to the engineers & managers on request.• Update the (FIS) Floorspace Information Systems data for the buildings within the Oxford and Swindon BMW sites.My contract finished at the end of August 2015.
