Regarded as a "highly experienced and assured silk" (Who'sWho Legal: UK Bar 2015), Mark was called to the bar in 1981 and appears regularly as an advocate in international arbitration, the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal, Mark has a respected practice in both marine and non-marine insurance.Mark has been involved in numerous arbitrations of all types, both as counsel and arbitrator, including insurance and reinsurance, shipping, sale of goods, and commodities; both ad hoc, and pursuant to the rules of various bodies including LCIA, ICC, ARIAS, LME, SIAC and AAA.Although practising primarily in London, Mark has appeared in court or in international arbitrations in New York, Singapore, Bermuda, Rotterdam and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
