Provide oversight and direction to Assistant Directors and Office Managers. Ensure providers are properly supported to deliver quality patient care through the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Ensure offices are compliant with all organization, state, and federal regulations. Handle the design and inception from start to finish of new primary and specialty care offices. Assist in the development of the medical group budget.
